I have written a new tutorial using the Letter to Santa tagger kit by DN Scraps (Conchi). This is an adorable little kit with lot of cute elements in it - made it hard to choose what to use. You can get a whole bunch of nice looking tags out of just this one kit.
The artwork is by Angela Newman and was part of the My PSP Tubes Christmas Gift this year. If you purchased tubes from My PSP Tubes during 2010, you would have received a download for the gift.
The cute alpha is by Wishing on a Starr and is a PTU alpha called Mistletoe and Wine. Both the kit and the alpha are available at Scrappetizing.
