-Enjoys punk
-Has or has had odd-coloured hair
-Is also a Mindless Self Indulgence fan
-Likes neon
-Loves clubs
At least, that's what the Urban Dictionary says. In the modern world, it's also called SynthPunk.
Now...how to apply that to the Steampunk universe...
