Welcome to the Digicats Station on the W4E Broadway Musical Blog train!
Cats has always been my favorite musical - at least always since the time I first saw it. I've seen it performed several times now and it's always magical. And while I loved the idea of a Broadway Musical themed blog train, I was really kind of shying away from doing Cats as a kit. After all, for me, it's about the makeup and the costuming...and how to do you translate that into a kit?
But after some research on different productions, it occurred to me the set was just a junk yard, and instead of trying to copy what was in the junk yard in the New York production, I should fill it with well...junk. And after that it sort of came along quite nicely.
Mind, Miss Kitty looks more like a pole dancer than a Jellical cat, but...just...kind of go with it.
This kit comes with 12 (800 x 800 pixel, .jpg) papers and 40 .png elements. You are getting 2 bows, 2 flowers, 2 frames, 2 ribbons, 1 amp, 1 blue rust swirl, 1 cat woman, 1 chicken wire, 1 cityscape, 1 clock, 1 cloud, 1 crate, 1 dancing slippers, 1 fence, 1 fender, 1 fish bones, 1 full moon, 1 garbage can cat, 1 grate, 1 hat box, 1 leaves, 1 light string, 1 marque, 1 moon-n-stars, 1 Mr. Mistoffelees, 1 musical elements, 1 police box, 1 sparkles, 1 spotlight, 1 stage lights, 1 stage lights border, 1 street lamp, 1 street sign, 1 tag, 1 tire, and 1 wheel.
The tire of course is the only real major component, as they need that to sort of ascend at the end of the show.
