We're headed South of the Border on the Arthritis Awareness DBTL Blog Train!

Arthritis a collective term used to describe the inflammation of one or more joints, causing pain and stiffness that can worsen with age. It is a very common infliction with over 3 million new cases per year in the US.

There are various treatments to help, but the condition can't be cured. It is chronic, can last for years, and is often a lifelong affliction, sometimes striking even children as young as two years of age.

I suffer from Osteoarthritis and have since I was in my 20's. One of the few things that does work well is heat, so for this month's kit I'm taking you south of the border where we can bake out our pains together!
