A Stygian new release from Digicats

Stygian

Stygian: (adj.) Of or relating to the River Styx; extremely dark, gloomy, or forbidding.

Styx was the river in Greek mythology that formed the boundary between Earth and the Underworld. The ferryman Charon transported the souls of the newly dead across the river into the underworld. And you wouldn't want to fall in, as the wrathful and sullen are punished by being drown in the muddy waters for eternity, fighting with each other.

Placing a coin in the mouth of the recently departed would pay the toll to Charon to take him to the underworld. This whole mythology was the inspiration for the kit, which is full of dark, dismal and murky things.
