Sex in the City

One of the more original promotions I've seen is at Exquisite Scraps. Every other week, they select a theme and several of the designers put out kits based on that theme which are then offered fr33 - for only one week. After that the kits are available for purchase in the store.

The first theme - for the grand opening - was "Exquisite". This time around the theme is "Sex in the City" and I have to say I've had a lot of fun with the kits. So much, that I went back and got the full sized ones that I didn't download originally, so that I could resize them and play with them too!

These three tags use - more or less - the scraps from the Lights, Camera, Actions offering. The poser is "Krystal" from Perfect Posers and I really love the stockings! Since Paradise 4 Scrappers was having a store wide 50% off sale through March 17th, I could grab some of the new packs from Perfect Posers for $3 bucks instead of their usually over inflated $6 or $7.

I did a bunch of the tags, but I'm doing the posting and write up at work as my internet at home is still down, so I can only grab so much time to do these in.

Sex in the City

While the first two tags used scraps exclusively from the LCA kit, I went a little off with this one. The silhouette is from one of Bits'N'Bobs element packs, the shoe is from the Bits'N'Bobs Sex in the City Offering. The license tag is Created by Jill's offering for the week, the small roses are from an element pack by Soxsational Scraps and the big Rose is from the Blooming Roses 1 package from Chili Designz.

I used masks from Wee Scots Lass for these tags, some of the others that are upcoming I ranged a little farther a field.

Here's hoping that the rest of their themes prove as much fun, and that it's a promotion that doesn't fall by the wayside!
