Irish Eyes - Tagger Size

Friday Freebie!!! How unoriginal is that? Hopefully this kit is a little bit more original. I did use some of the Heavenly Taggerz clip art which quite a few designers used, but I tried to use it in more original ways and make it a bit more fun.
