Snowcats Week 2, Part III

Given a choice between doing poser tags and doing tags using the Cats and Dogs of the online community, I generally get a bigger kick out of the critters, as they are so much more expressive!

I was actually a bit distressed that I was done with part one of the Holly Daze project early and ended up doing several stand alone tags for the BKCFOC at House Panthers.

Cory



Cory was sitting so nicely in this photo next to a pumpkin, and the round cut out just really suggested the "magical orb" from Scrappy Lover's "Snow Flake" kit. So Cory got to take a trip to Santa's work shop up at the North Pole, or up in the mountains of Lapland, depending upon which legend you prefer.

The White Christmas Alpha is from Delicious Scraps.

Mr. Tigger



Both Mr. Tigger and Sam Black do a lot on the Cat Blogosphere, so I don't mind working them into the T-13's on a regular basis.

I used the Sleigh Bells taggers kit from Candy's Treats to jingle Mr. Tigger out. The Santa hat is from Goretty Rocha, and the red plushie Jingle Bear is courtesy of Brandi's Creations.

The Flakey alpha is from Lady Grundlefunk, distributor of fine free alphabets and collector of some of the weirdest blinkies on the internet.

The glitter splat is from Calypso Designs (I think). I know Candy gave us a bunch of glitter spills in the kit, but no splats.

Goldie



I love the paper trees that have been showing up in various kits. I don't know who came up with them, but they're a great idea. Goldie is scrapped out using the Mr. Frosty kit from Bluedream Designs. The snowflakes in the tag are courtesy of the Maltese Scrapper, and the "Snow" alpha is by MJ Designs.

Bebe



Much like Khyra, the pictures on Annie Cat's Cafe is are too small to scrap properly. This was nice shot of Bebe, and it put it in the snowglobe, which again, make the smaller cat image into a larger focus image.

The scraps are from the Fairy Dreams in the Winter taggers kit by Urban Mermaid, the Winter Alpha is by Andjelina's Designs.

There's a quick page using a design similar to this one on UMD's blog that you can download. In all fairness, I got the idea off UMD's creative team, although I did my layout before they did their quickpage.
